"Scan and Hire" refers to the platform and services provided by SalaryX, LLC."Contractor" means an individual who usesScan and Hire to create a profile and apply for jobs.

"Employer" means a business or organization that uses Scan and Hire to post job openings and hire contractors.

"Services" refers to the features provided by Scan and Hire, including but not limited to background checks, biometric verification, document management, and job matching.

3. Use of the Platform

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Scan and Hire. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to update this information as needed.

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Contractor Responsibilities

Profile Accuracy: Contractors must ensure that all information provided in their profiles is accurate and complete.

Background Checks: By using Scan and Hire, contractors consent to background checks and biometric verification as part of the profile verification process.

Job Applications: Contractors may use their QR code to apply for job openings and share their profiles with potential employers.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Job Postings: Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings are accurate and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Hiring: Employers must use Scan and Hire's features, including background checks and document management, in a fair and non-discriminatory manner.

Confidentiality: Employers agree to handle contractor information with the utmost confidentiality and use it only for hiring purposes.

6. Fees and Payment

Contractor Fees: Scan and Hire is free for contractors. There are no fees associated with creating a profile or using the 'Scan and Hire' feature.

Employer Fees: Employers are charged $79 per scan/hire. Payment terms and billing cycles will be outlined in the invoice provided upon usage. Additional fee for document management and access may apply. Scan and Hire reserves the rights to change price and or offer discounts.

7. Data Security and Privacy

Data Protection: Scan and Hire uses encryption and other security measures to protect user data. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing: Scan and Hire may share user data with third-party providers only as necessary to deliver our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content and materials on Scan and Hire, including trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of Scan and Hire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Scan and Hire provides the platform and services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the services.

Limitation: In no event shall Scan and Hire be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

Termination by Scan and Hire: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in any illegal or unethical behavior.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled.

11. Changes to Terms

Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
